Delirio is a fitness technology service that delivers personalized coaching through: (a) A mobile application featuring AI-powered workout guidance and real-time form analysis using computer vision and smartphone camera technology; (b) SMS messaging services for workout reminders, progress updates, and interactive coaching conversations; (c) Progress tracking and performance analytics based on user workout data; (d) Personalized exercise recommendations and technique feedback.

The service is designed for individuals seeking convenient, accessible fitness coaching without requiring gym membership or specialized equipment.

18. Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
